Elizabethtown
William (BJ) Beeman, 64, of Elizabethtown, formerly of Crown Point, passed away at home unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. He was born in Ticonderoga to James and Cora Beeman on January 15, 1957.
BJ attended Crown Point Central School. His employment history included working at Whitehall Plywood, Frontier Town and Town of Crown Point.
He enjoyed assembling model cars, puzzles and talking to his grandchildren. He was known to always be working on a car or two, even if they weren’t his own.
He was predeceased by his parents, James and Cora, and a brother, Vane.
He leaves behind his children, Corrina Beeman of Schenectady; Chad (Brandy) Beeman, Bill (Dani Brod) Beeman and Chelsy Beeman, all of Crown Point; a brother David (Della) Beeman of Hinsdale, NY; a sister Bonnie Long-Stay (Grace) of Willsboro, NY; a brother Jim Beeman (Susan Schaefer) of Crown Point; seven grandchildren, Ryan, Adrianna and Noah Beeman all of Schenectady, Tyler, Ali, Braelyn and Grace Beeman, all of Crown Point; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation. A private memorial will be held at the convenience of the family.
