Timothy Wade Rock

Timothy Wade Rock, age 62 of Port Henry, NY passed away peacefully at home on May 4, 2023. Tim was a hardworking man motivated and driven by the value of diligent purposeful work throughout his life. With this, Tim was passionate about his hobby and love for cultivating plants and gardens. This in combination with his deep devotion to his canine companions led him to a joyful and fulfilling career of many years before his retirement at the North Country SPCA located in Elizabethtown, NY as the Shelter and Groundskeeper Maintenance Technician. Tim also was an avid fisherman, hunter, and was never known to pass up an opportunity to play a hand of poker with family and friends. However above all, Tim was a dedicated husband of 44 years, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend to many.

Tim was born on December 27, 1960 in Plattsburgh, NY to the late Paul and Esther Rock. He was proceeded in death and reunited with his two brothers Paul Rock, Allen Rock, and his grandson Kyle Stockwell. Tim is survived by his wife Pam Rock; daughter Tara Stockwell; Grandchildren Richard Stockwell Jr and wife Kathryn Stockwell, Cody and wife Marissa Stockwell, Makayla Stockwell, Kiyanna Stockwell; Great grandchildren Weston LaBounty, Kaine Stockwell, Rowan Stockwell, Beckham Stockwell; his brothers Steve and wife Crystal Rock, Barry and wife Cindy Rock, and sister Tina Trapasso; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and his canine companions Mingo & Jennie.

Calling hours will be held on May 16th 2023 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm at Harland’s Funeral Home in Port Henry, NY.

Grave side Burial Service will remain private, but there is a reception to follow May 17th 2023 at 3:00pm.
