Timothy Joseph Pollock

MINEVILLE – Timothy J. Pollock, 64, died

unexpectedly November 02, 2023, at his residence

in Mineville. He is the son of John H. and Helen

L. (Post) Pollock.

Tim graduated from Dubuque Senior High

School, Class of 1977 in Dubuque, Iowa.

Following graduation, he attended Area One Vo-

Tech where he received a diploma in Auto

Mechanics.

After graduating from trade school, he was

employed at various Good Year and other

automotive shops in Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota,

and New York.

Tim enjoyed playing Frisbee, and played on his

high school softball team. He enjoyed watching

auto racing, particularly NASCAR, and also

enjoyed making “homemade” beef jerky.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and

Helen, as well as three brothers, Richard, Michael,

and John. He is survived by his older brother

Kevin.

Surviving is his wife Betty (Woods) Pollock, and

his sons Michael, Daniel, and John and his dog Tara.
