Robert J. Fleury

On Sunday, September 27th, 2020 Robert James Fleury Sr. passed away after a long battle with lung cancer at the age of 67.

Robert was born on January 18th, 1953 to Irv and Rose Fleury. He graduated from Ticonderoga central school district. After graduating high school he enlisted in the National Guard. Robert was a long time employee of the Verizon phone company from which he retired.

Robert loved hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors. But his pride and joy was his 6 year old grandson Bryce. Bryce and Papa Bob had many adventures, but their most memorable times were spent walking in the woods, playing at the park and watching cartoons.

Robert was preceded in death by both of his parents. Survivors include his son Robert Jr. (Mary), grandson Bryce, one sister Ann Gray, and one brother Irv Fleury Jr.(Karen) and several nieces and nephews whom would say how great of an Uncle he was.

Per Robert’s wishes there will be no services. Donations can be made to the Ticonderoga Knights of Columbus Council #333 in memory of Robert.
