Maureen Elizabeth Savage

June 10th, 1967 - June 20th, 2025

Maureen E. Savage (58), resident of Mooers, NY, was taken into the arms of her Lord after a short battle with cancer surrounded by loved ones at CVPH medical center. 

She was predeceased by her father William P. Savage; mother Chrystabelle Savage; brother Michael Savage; brother Peter (Nancy) Savage; nephew Christopher Savage; brother William J. Savage; sister Sheena Lamica; sister Kathleen Savage. 

Maureen enjoyed playing bingo, spending time with her family, and going to the casino.  She was a very thrifty woman who loved to visit local thrift stores and always looked forward to town wide yard sales. She enjoyed spending as much time as she could with friends and family, becoming a grandmother was one of her largest joys in life. 

Maureen is survived by her children son John (Katelynn) Savage, grandson Lincoln Savage, son Seth (Ricka) Savage, daughter Latasha Lord, daughter Crystal Pereau, brother Paul (Lisa) Savage and significant other John Betters. 

Calling hours will be June 24th, 2025, 5-7pm at the Harland Funeral Home in Port Henry, NY. 

A Funeral Mass will be held on June 25th, 2025 at 10 am at St. Patrick’s Church Port Henry, NY, reception to follow at the Moriah Fire house. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the CVPH medical center cancer foundation in memory of Maureen Savage.
