Kenneth J. Bobbie

Kenneth (Ken) J. Bobbie, age 85, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2025 with family by his side at Elizabethtown Community Hospital in Elizabethtown, NY. He was born February 4, 1939, to Gilbert and Jessie (Yelle) Bobbie. He married Louise Riendeau on July 9, 1960.

He retired as the Water and Sewer Superintendent for Town of Moriah.

Kenny truly lived life to the fullest with his family camping with the love of his life Louise at Lincoln Pond. His most liked hobbies were hunting, fishing, playing country music on his guitar and singing, playing cards, loved family gatherings and sitting out in the garage with friends and family.

Also thankful for good neighbors and longtime close friends were Tom and Deb Brace and good neighbors Alyssa and Matt.

He was predeceased by; his wife, parents, six sisters, two brothers and two sisters-in-law Geraldine Collins, Robert Bobbie (Joan), Elsie Trombley (Edmund), Ernest Bobbie, Grace Catanzarita (Gig), Gladys Perry (Dick), Flora Conway, Dorris Bobbie, Mickey Riendeau and Nicole Petro (John).

He was survived by;

daughter Rose Allen (Bill) and her sons Gary Allen (Angie) and Joe Allen (Shannan); 
daughter Carol Calabrese and children Carlo and Halee, 

daughter Brenda Bobbie (Earl);

great grandchildren Chloe and Emmett Allen, Weston Allen 

sisters Catherine (Aunt Ton);

brother Gilbert (Uncle Junior) (Gloria);

brothers-in-law John Riendeau, Claude Riendeau (Cathy) and Ronnie Petro (deceased Mary), 

and many nieces and nephews. 

There will be no calling hours. A funeral service will be on  

January 18, 2025, at 12 noon at St. Patrick Church in Port Henry with a future burial service.
