Frank Wayne Horton passed away on November 23, 2021 peacefully in the loving care of his wife of 40 years in Port Henry, NY.

Frank was born on May 1, 1958 in Sharon, Conn. His mother was Florence Breeze Horton , his father was Arthur Percy Horton. Frank attended Lebanon Valley School in Lebanon, NY. He moved to Moriah in 1976 and worked in masonry with his Uncle.

In 1977 in the month of January he met Theresa and had three wonderful children, Frank Jr., Jeremy and Shannon. They gave Frank and Theresa many grandchildren that he loved.

He was predeceased by his sister Melissa and his brother Arthur. He leaves behind his sisters Sherry and Brenda.

He will be missed by his many grandchildren, nieces and nephews who loved him.

His many friends joined him for camping, fishing and researching Champ with Katy Elizabeth. He also devoted his time to watching Felicity, Tommy and Wyatt as they grew. He was their Papa.

A surprise visit when summer came in June, he enjoyed hearing his Southern grandchildren calling him Grampa and spent time with his sons. Bonfires on the mountain with Shannon and Travis and friends and family meant so much to Frank. He was a caring and loving family man, giving of himself to help anyone who needed him.

A celebration of his life will be held in June. Shannon and Travis Nadeau shall be in charge of the arrangements.
