Elaine J. (LaConte) Valvik

Elaine J. Valvik passed away on May 15, 2024. She was born on December 21, 1946 to Anthony Laconte and Helen Laconte.

She is survived by her partner in life Jack Hargett for over 27 years and by her pain in the butt son Robert A. Valvik for 39 years. She is also survived by her sister Madeline Laconte and her brother Joseph LaConte. They all loved her dearly and shared many great memories together.She had many nieces and nephews that she loved. She also thought of Tim Hargett and Jack Harget Jr. as her sons and Michelle Hargett as a daughter and their children thought of her as a grandmother.

Elaine is predeceased by her parents and seven brothers.

Elaine loved horses and watching them race. She loved to gamble but overall she was a great person and the best mother a son or daughter could ask for.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Crown Point, NY.
