Dennis M. Jacobs

Dennis Michael Jacobs, 77, of Gloversville, NY passed away on May 27, 2026.

He was born Dec. 16, 1948 in Moriah, NY , the son of George and Golda (Smith) Jacobs.

Dennis was proud of his service in the US Navy. He enjoyed tending his flowers, traveling with the seniors group, doing ceramics and mostly spending time with friends and family. He could strike up a conversation with anyone he met.

He is predeceased by his son Christopher, his parents George and Golda Jacobs, brothers George Jr., James and Curtis, his sister Deanna Martel and brother-in-law Roger Martel.

He is survived by his sisters Roxanne (husband Joe Llistro), Bette (husband Gary Mussman and Robin (husband Teddy Mattison) as well as many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on June 13, 2026 at 11:00 am at the South Moriah Cemetery in Moriah, NY.
