William (Bill) J. Savage, 63, of Lowell, Ma. passed away with his family at his side on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Lowell General Hospital, Lowell, Ma.
Born in Ticonderoga, NY on June 27, 1954, he was the son of the late William P and Chrystabelle (Chrys) (Conway) Savage.
Bill was a graduate of Moriah Central School. He was a veteran of theU.S. army and was honorably discharged in November 1974.
Some of Bill’s life hobbies include hunting, fishing and automotive repair. He had a love of “the American Muscle car” and could be found listening to rock music.
Bill was predeceased by his parent William P. Savage and Chrystabelle (Chrys) Savage, brother Michael Savage, brother Peter Savage, sister-in-law Nancy (McEvady), nephew Christopher Savage, sister Sheena M. (Savage) Lamica, 15 aunts, uncles and cousins.
Survivors include his brother Paul (Lisa) Savage of Crown Point, NY, sister Kathleen A Savage and companion Steven Kozma of Port Henry, NY, sister Maureen (Tim) Emmons of Plattsburgh, NY, brother-in-law Benny Lamica of Lewis, NY, 20 nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held Monday June 11, 2018 from 6-8 pm at the Harland Funeral Home in Port Henry, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 12 at 10:00 am at St. Patrick’s Church, Port Henry followed by interment at St. Peter & Paul Cemetery in Moriah, NY. A lunch reception will follow at 2672 Main St., Crown Point.
