Cecelia Janice (Breeyear) Brown Haq
Died peacefully at home surrounded by her husband, Fasiehul Haq (Shah), and family following a long battle with breast cancer. "Janice" was known by all for her love of gardening and natural talent to grow anything anywhere. She loved nature and appreciated every little bird that visited her dozens of bird feeders. Her cat was never far from her side. She waited (sometimes impatiently) for spring to arrive to get outside and be in her element. Her artistic talents were shared with others in her ceramic studio in earlier years. She was a diligent employee of ARC - from where she retired, and from the Frontier Telephone Company years earlier. She will be remembered by her husband as the most generous and loving person he ever knew.
Janice was the daughter of Benedict and Constance (Forgette) Breeyear, the sister of James (Sue) Breayear; Gerald (Judy) Breeyear; and Paul (Deceased) Breeyear. She leaves behind a large extended family that she loved dearly. She maintained a special friendship with Edward Brown and his children and her ever present friend and cousin, DeLora (Joiner)Miles.
Her husband wishes to thank the many friends and neighbors who showed their love and support by providing care and comfort throughout her illness. He would also like to thank the staff and clergy of Hospice of the North Country.
