Arthur R. Pratt

Arthur R. Pratt, 83, of 337 Witherbee Rd, Witherbee, NY died Sunday, September 15th, 2019 at Elizabethtown Community Hospital.

Arthur was born May 4th, 1936 in Witherbee, NY, the son of Joseph Pratt Sr. and Dorothy Pratt.

He married Barbara (Fay) Pratt on Dec. 6th, 1958.

He enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family. Arthur worked for Republic Steel Co. for 10 years as a laborer. He also worked for Zinc Mines in Gouverneur, NY for 8 years and Reale Construction for 10 years.

Arthur is survived by his wife of 60 years, Barbara; his daughter Carrie and Steve Popp, daughter Lia Pratt, son Arthur and Dusti Pratt; his brother Robert and Gloria Pratt and brother Walter and Barbara Pratt; his grandchildren Bryan Popp and companion Jen O’Banion, Stephanie Popp and companion Daniel Laing, Nicholas Popp and companion Marci Celotti, Deanna Coburn and companion Adam Beeman, Natasha Pratt and companion Dustin Tesar and Reagan Pratt and companion Christopher Clarke; great grandchildren Thomas, Vincent, Claire, Digger and Elaina; numerous nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, Sept. 18 from 5-7 pm at the Harland Funeral Home in Port Henry. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, Sept. 19th at 11:00 am at All Saints Church in Mineville. A reception will be held at the Mineville VFW.
