Scott M. Fields, 33 resident of Witherbee NY passed away August 29, 2017. Scott was born in Ticonderoga, NY on March 22, 1984; he was the son of the late Wallace Fields Jr. and Ella (Gagnon) Fields.
Scott enjoyed being outside and taking his children on “Adventures”, using their imagination that would take them to faraway places. Their time together was always a happy time with lots of laughs and excitement. Scott enjoyed hiking, fishing ,cooking, playing video games, drawing and journaling but especially spending time with his children, family and friends. Scott had a way of telling a story with such expression and enthusiasm you couldn’t help, but feel you were there.
Scott is predeceased by his father Wallace Fields Jr. , Paternal grandfather Wallace Fields Sr. , Maternal Grandfather Earl Gagnon and his Papa Leonard Trombley.
Scott is survived by his precious children Tanner Rae Fields, Skyler Elizabeth Fields and stepson, Nathan Patrick O’Brien. Mother Ella (Gagnon) Fields and his two sisters; Tiffany Fields, and Brittany Fields her companion, Dustin, along with his 2 nieces Lilliana and Ember. Paternal Grandmother, Jean Fields and Maternal Grandmother, Rose Trombley. Aunts; Stacey Gagnon, Lea Trombley, Rose Trombley (Dwayne), Peggy Edwards (Perry) Sherry Goyette (Hubert) and Pamela Sargent (Richard). Uncles; Francis Gagnon, and Steven Gagnon (Amy). Scott had many Aunts ,Uncles and cousins who will forever have him in their hearts. Scott is also survived by a very close cousin and friend, Troy Hargett.
Scott had a very kind soul that loved with his whole being. We will forever remember him with a smile in our hearts. He will now be at peace and walk the gardens of heaven with all that have gone before him. Fly high with peace Scott and look down on us and guide us . You will be remembered every time we look at your children
Calling hours will be Monday, September 4, 2017 5 to 7pm, at Harlands Funeral Home in Port Henry, NY. A Catholic Mass will be at 10am on Tuesday September 5, 2017 at St. Patrick’s Church , Port Henry, NY with a burial proceeding at the Catholic Community of Moriah cemetery.
