Janice Marie Colburn formerly of Witherbee, NY passed away on Friday, Aug. 11, 2017 at the Essex Center with her son Todd by her side.

Janice was born September 15, 1944, the daughter of Jennie O’Kusky Fields and Raymond Fields Sr.

She was a good friend to many and will be missed by all of her family.

She worked at the ARC as a secretary until she retired.

She is survived by her son Todd from Bloomington, IL. ; her brother and sister-in-law Raymond and Dorothy Fields of Westport; a sister-in-law Jean Fields of Witherbee, NY; and a special aunt and uncle Joyce and Carl O’Kusky. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, Aug. 14 from 9:30 to 11:00 am at the Harland Funeral Home in Port Henry. A funeral service will follow at the funeral home. Burial will be in Union Cemetery in Port Henry.
